Personality character as the highest mental property

Based on the theoretical analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as long-term research, a brief description of the higher personality psyche is given. The character of a person as the highest mental property is revealed. The empirical study conducted by the authors shows formation of character at different stages of the age evolution of an individual in the system of social interaction is shown. Joint activity and language are identified as the fundamental factors of character development.
