The features of cooperation of the managerial groups in the interests of Siberian regions development (the middle of the 1940s – the beginning of the 1960s)

In the article the analysis of the mechanism of cooperation between center and periphery managerial groups in solving of the social and economic questions of Siberian regions is made. The author focuses attention upon the coordination of position of the higher political elite and regional administration during the process of the lobbying of regional interests.
