Characteristics of administrative measures aimed at detection of instruments of the commission or objects of administrative offenses, and also other objects involved in illicit traffic

Introduction: the article conducts a detailed review of measures of administrative coercion aimed at detecting the instruments of commission, objects of an administrative offense, as well as objects prohibited from circulation, and creating a threat to others. The authors conduct a detailed review of all types of search and inspections found in regulatory legal acts, acts of the internal affairs administration, focusing on the significant procedural differences that complicate the activities of law enforcers. Materials and methods: the regulatory framework of the study is administrative legislation, rules governing the application of preventive measures, the authors in their study rely on the work of reputable scientists in the field of administrative law. The methodological basis is a comparative analysis of individual acts of state and internal management, methods of generalization, description.
