Climate change leads to disruption of the established status of flax agrobiocenoses, which requires the search and selection of genotypes with a high level of not only productivity, but also adaptability. In the contrasting climatic conditions of the presented ecological point (2021-2023, Nizhnetavdinsky district, Tyumen region), new intervarietal hybrid lines of oil flax (F3-F5, n = 30) were diagnosed according to the indicators characterizing biological potential of plants. Reliable differences in the factors genotype (G, 34.6-42.7%), environment (E, 34.6-42.7%) were revealed. According to the AMMI model, the structure of the complex interaction of genotype and environment (GxE) was revealed for the first time during environmental testing of hybrid flax lines. Its component composition (IPCA1 – IPCA4) was established by the number of capsules (NC, 48.5-11.3%), the number of seeds in 1 capsule (NSC, 40.6-10.1%), the weight of seeds per 1 plant (MSP, 41.6-13.2%), the length of the capsule (LK, 39.9-9.8%), and the cracking ability (Cc, 36.6-11.9%). G20 was classified as an adaptive genotype by five traits (IPCA1=1.04); by four traits – G1, G26, G29 (IPCA1 = 1.18-9.16); by three – G2, G9, G11, G13, G23, G24, G25, G23 (IPCA1= 1.02- 6.66); two – G5, G16, G17, G28 (IPCA1= 1.02-8.21); one – G10, G15, G18, G19, G22, G27 (IPCA1= 1.18-9.53). Promising hybrid lines of the commob flax were selected based on the number of capsules per plant (G1, G5, G15, G17, G30; p<0.05*, p<0.01**); the number of seeds in a capsule (G1, G4, G5, G11, G15, G18, G20, G25, G30 p<0.05*, p<0.01**); seed weight per plant (G1, G1 p<0.05*, p<0.01**); capsule length (G1, G3, G11, G15, G25, G27, G28; p<0.05*, p<0.01**) and cracking (G1, G4, G5, G16, G25, G28, G30; p<0.05*, p<0.01**). The most valuable ones are the selected hybrid lines G1, G4, G5, G11, G15, G18, G25, G27, G28, G30, which have potential for further selection in the conditions of the Tyumen region.
