Characteristics and effects of acute bronchiolitis in infectious children (cytomegalovirus)

Acute bronchiolitis is a disease of viral etiology, in 60-80% of cases the disease is caused by a respiratory syncytial virus. In other cases, it causes cytomegalovirus, parainfluenza, influenza, rhinoviruses. The disease most often occurs in children with allergic, exudative catarrhal, lymphohypoplastic diathesis, paratrophic, artificial feeding. Basically, this is a severe form in children with preterm labor, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, artificial feeding and congenital malformations, and immunodeficiency.
