Characteristics of outbound tourism flow from Blagoveshchensk

The article describes the types of consumers of tourism services in Blagoveshchensk, as a result of the two - stage research carried out by the authors. Based on psychographic criteria, it has been defined 5 types of customers (outbound tourist flow), according to their preferences in the kind and place of recreation, interests and life mode. The paper also presents an assessment of socio-demographic profile for the represented groups.
