Characteristics of initial investigative situations and version work on criminal cases related to changes in marking vehicle markings

in the article, taking into account the peculiarities of the implementation of tactical methods of investigating a criminal case and solving a crime, attention is drawn to the necessary distinctive qualities of the thinking process associated with the version work of the subject of the investigation. also, various variations of understanding the structure, essence, nature and role of the theory of the investigative situation as one of the key forensic categories are presented and analyzed. materials and methods: due to the philosophical (universal) dialectical-materialistic method of scientific knowledge. in addition, in the process of research, the author used general methods: comparative legal, induction and deduction, system-functional, description, generalization, analysis and synthesis, etc. the results of the study : made it possible to determine the basic initial investigative situations for crimes related to changing the markings of vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the mo ts). at the same time, general and particular versions of the commission of criminal acts of the researched direction are presented. findings and conclusions: based on the systematization of the main initial investigative situations in criminal cases related to changes in the ministry of defense of the customs union, in order to select the right vector of investigation, an algorithm (working stages of a sequence of actions) of the investigator (interrogator) is determined, which, according to in our opinion, will contribute to the full and high-quality disclosure of the crime, the exposure of the perpetrators and ensure the correct application of the law.
