Personal characteristics of members of organized crime groups

The article analyses the peculiar characteristics of the members of organized crime groups. It is emphasized that when carrying out prevention of group and organized crime, it is important to implement the individual prevention measures, which cannot be effective unless the police officers have data describing the identity of criminals. It is the identity of an offender that is a key link between the cause and the result of a criminal assault.
