The characteristics of some peculiarities of version process in problematic situations of the investigation

This article examines problematic situation from approach of hypothetical version process. The analysis of case, which was investigated with factors of problematic situation, is given. Article analyses the process of creation and verification of versions. Problems of the criminal case investigation planning are being analysed in the specified problematic investigative situations.
