The description of criminal and procedural law norms in the Carolina

The article is devoted to the analysis of the criminal and procedural norms making up the principal content of the Criminal and Court Regulation of 1532 by Charles V. It is pointed out that introducing of the uniform criminal procedure was one of the tools used by the Emperor in his struggle for the central authority enforcement. The details of the law monument structure are shown and the characteristics of the criminal procedure form is given.
