Description of the basic budget regulation methods and mechanisms for investment activities in the regions

This article deals with budget regulation methods and mechanisms for investment activities in the regions. In the course of the undertaken research the author establishes peculiarities of the applied methods and mechanisms of the budget regulation over the investment activities and substantiates priority of the financial partnership development during investment projects implementation.
