The article presents an objective and critical assessment of the Internet, which allows you to characterize this information system not only positively and negatively, since in addition to the formation of a perfect type of society (digital society), the network has a destructive impact on the personality of persons of the age of minority. The purpose of the article: By the characteristics of the criminally significant features of the Internet associated with identity problems, Internet addiction, justify the degree of its impact on the crime of minors. The achievement of the purpose of the article is provided through the use of scientific methods of comparative and system-structural analysis, as well as - synthesis and induction, deduction and comparisons, comparison and generalization, hermeneutic method and the interpretation method. The result is a statement of the need to make changes to the norms of criminal legislation regarding the establishment of liability for humiliation of human dignity through the use of information and telecommunication networks «Internet». Justified: due to the lack of official national statistics, reflecting the actual situation on the status, structure, dynamics of crimes of minors in the field of telecommunication and computer information, is justified by the need for its approval.
