Characteristics of parties as participants in the civil civilian process

Purpose: To explore some of the points of view of scientists and the norms of civil procedural law characterizing features of parties as actors of civil procedure. Methodology: We used comparative legal and formal legal methods. Results: The author examines the points of view of scientists and the norms of civil procedural law characterizing features of parties as actors of civil procedure, reveals and analyzes not only the rights and obligations of the parties, but also special procedural obligations. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a scientific value because it represents a complex comparative legal study of the legal status of the parties of civil process.
