The characteristic of the criminal legislation of West Asian countries (by the example of the criminal law of the Kingdom of Bahrain)

It analyzes the main sources of criminal law in the countries of West Asia, as well as the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In particular, the structure of the Bahrain Criminal Code, the characteristics of the main institutions of the general part of the criminal law, as well as the features of establishing criminal liability for certain types of criminal acts are considered.
