Objective: to study main parameters of central and peripheral hemodynamics in 13-15- year-old racing skiers of experimental and control groups at functional test with muscle loading during special preparatory stage. The study involved 32 racing skiers of training group at the age of 13-15 during special preparatory stage (November - December). The main stress during training sessions was on development of local-regional muscular endurance (LRME) - it took 70 % of all training process. The survey was conducted in 2 stages: before exercise sessions aimed at LRME development started and after these sessions were performed during the annual training cycle. At control starts during weekly microcycle the sportsmen did special exercises. To assess central and peripheral hemodynamics we performed functional test with muscle loading (Martinet’s test) that included 20 squats per 30 seconds. After the test we performed control measurement of HR and ABP. The parameters are measured right after the loading, then in 1 minute, in 2 minutes and in 3 minutes. The results were put into the table. At muscle loading during the first study SBP in experimental group was accompanied by parameter increase by 23.93 %, DBP did not change notably. On the results of the next study SBP value increased by 15.00 %, and DBP decreased by 0.6 %. We also noted decrease in HR during test performance. Comparative analysis of parameter values at muscle loading in control group shows increase in SBP by 20.51 %, increase in DBP by 2.56 % and increase in HR by 72.12 %. Central and peripheral hemodynamics in racing skiers training with emphasized LRME development during the study was characterized in accordance with normotonic reaction. Racing skiers of control group showed the results corresponding with hypotonic reaction.
