The charismatic movement within the catholic church

The article examines such a religious phenomenon as the charismatic movement within the Catholic Church that emerged after the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965). The sources of this phenomenon are analyzed, the essence of the charismatic movement in modern Catholic Church is shown; the attitude of the Vatican to the movement is revealed. The conclusion is drawn that the charismatic movement takes an important place within Catholic Church. It became possible due to the certain organizational flexibility of modern Catholicism.
