Chemical castration as measure of criminal punishment for crimes against sexual inviolability of minors (on the example of countries of Europe and USA)

The need for changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation is particularly acute and the adoption of the draft law on chemical castration of pedophiles should be a starting position on the ways of struggle with the given category of criminals and protection of the population. Thus it is expedient to establish cooperation with foreign countries is more experienced in the elaboration of the measures on the protection of children from violence and applying chemical castration as a punitive measure, since the problem is international.
