In article possibility of creation of wide scale of the composite materials possessing essentially new functional qualities a method of chemical updating is considered. The method allows to distribute evenly small amounts of alloying elements on volume of a composite material. Changing the nature of metal and its concentration it is possible to receive graphites with in advance predicted properties and to realize new scientific principles of creation of nanotechnologies.
