Chemical composition of solid precipitates in forest ecosystems of background areas and in the zone of aerotechnogenic impact of pulp and paper mill

Бесплатный доступ

The study considers snow cover at open areas and in forests different by composition and age. In the background forest stand has been found not only to influence quantitative parameters of snow cover but also to increase content of potassium, sodium, manganese, and sulphates; to decrease pH, content of cadmium, nickel, and nitrites in snow cover. There exists almost no influence of forest ecosystems on content of magnesium, copper, zinc, phosphates, chlorides, hydro carbonates, and ammonium ions. The influence of forests on chemical composition of atmospheric precipitation (snow) in the zone of aerotechnogenic impact of pulp and paper mill consists in decreasing of practically all pollutants we determine.
