The article describes the surgical correction of neglected cases of overall affection of wrist and fingers joints by gout. The fact of positive impact of composite material ‘LitAr’ usage for wrist and fingers joint arthroplasty was established. Analysis of the literature shows that the usage of ‘LitAr’ type of materials opens up new possibilities in the surgical treatment of fingers and wrists from overall gout affection.
