123 treatment results of patients with deep (3-62% of the body) thermal burns were analyzed, with 167 surgeries performed in total, including a subtotal dermatomic necrectomy, a pre-transplantation granulation tissue resection and a one-step autodermatoplasty. The local treatment of the burn was performed in authentic fluid medium with the use of membranous bandage. The applied method of complex burn treatment enables to: reduce the preoperative preparation period by 6 days and the in-patient treatment period - by 10 days; cut down the frequency of post-surgical complications from 25,1% to 3,8 %; improve functional and cosmetic treatment results.
