Immune status was studied in patients after various operations on injured spleen in the immediate postoperative period depending on the kind of operation performed. It was found that patients after various operations on the injured spleen in the immediate postoperative period had changes in the immune status. The identified changes are more significant in patients after splenectomyin contrast with conservative surgery and autolientransplantation.
