Surgically significant variants of relationships of some elements of venous system of lower extremity

On the base of macromorfometrical studies of the femoral, popliteal and draining muscular sinus shin's veins carried out on the pathology anatomic materials studies of 36 lower extremities of the cadavers without signs of venous system pathology, the description of the typical spots of the site of valves femoral and popliteal veins with indication topographical reference points and the frequencies of discovering is given. Highlighted are 4 types of the morphologic settle of the physiological drainage of muscular sinus shin's veins. Discovered is the variant of such drainage across the ostinal fragment of small subcutaneous vein. The defined findings is assumed to use for improving of diagnostic methodologies and the techniques of flebohemodynamics surgical correction.
