The analysis of iatrogenic injuries and strictures of the bile duct in 74 patients after laparoscopic and open surgery. 69 of them are made recovery or reconstructive operations on the injured bile ducts. High ductal injury often associated with laparoscopic surgery than with open (74,3% vs. 11.8%, P = 0,001). 21 of 69 patients (30,4%) received after unsuccessful attempts to fix the injury ducts. Reconstructive operation is performed in 65 cases, recovery - in tubeless 4. intervention were 19 patients (27.5%). Postoperative mortality was 3 cases (4.3%). Long-term successful results after reconstructive operations were obtained in 90.3% of cases. The analysis of the unsuccessful results, indications and methods of drainage of anastomoses.
