Surgical treatment of the shoulder habitual dislocation with rotator cuff injury

Treatment results have been analyzed in 57 patients suffered from the shoulder habitual dislocation with shoulder rotator cuff (SRC) rupture. Clinical-and-diagnostic criteria of the pathology are shown, as well as the technique of treatment including the plasty of the shoulder anterior part and tendon suturing. The treatment performed allowed to eliminate the symptom-complex characteristic of this pathology or level the disease symptoms to a considerable extent: pain and limitation of the shoulder movements
