Misappropriations, Embezzlements and Thefts of Budgetary Funds Using Official Power in the Republic of Belarus: Victimological Side of Problem

The article examines the misappropriations, embezzlements and thefts of budgetary funds using official power in the Republic of Belarus and the victimological side of the problem. The author of the article makes a number of conclusions: about the existence and content of the official doctrine on misappropriations, embezzlements and thefts using official power and some of its provisions concerning crime of budgetary funds, about the existence of a more comprehensive scientific doctrine on emisappropriations, embezzlements and thefts of budgetary funds using official power; about supplementing the typology (structure) of victimization of misappropriations, embezzlements and thefts of budgetary funds using official power in the Republic of Belarus with classification features that even more accurately reflect the process of victimization (industry of victimization, territory of victimization); about the peculiarities of victimization of misappropriations, embezzlements and thefts of budgetary funds using official power in the Republic of Belarus (about victimization in various industry, objects in cities, villages and towns located in various regions of the republic and its capital, etc.).
