Bandy: organizational and methodological aspects of trainings during the preparatory phase

Nowadays planning bandy training activities within the preparatory phase of the annual training cycle is especially important. The article summarizes, systematizes and analyzes theoretical and practical (methodological) material, reflecting some areas of sports trainings for bandy players of various qualifications and ages. It pays attention to physical (general and special) training, technical and tactical training, control of preparedness. The authors show that the proper training plan for bandy players requires a comprehensive software and methodological support, the choice of means and methods should be specified.
