Economic partnership as an approved legal tool for implementing the venture activity in foreign legislation

The article analyzes the advantageous features of the economic partnership as a form of exercise venture activities through the provision of its legal characteristic features set it apart from other economic entities of corporate type. The author proves the answers to questions about the legal status of economic conditionality innovation partnerships, as well as legal grounds to characterize this form as a legal entity - a flexible and timely legal means to implement innovative projects. The comparative legal method of investigation contributed to the understanding of the legal entity under consideration of the legal form and economic effects of its use. The results of the comparative analysis were obtained by referring to the time-tested business processes and the laws of foreign countries, who have launched legal regulation of venture activities.
