Chromosomal localization of some genes associated with drought resistance in the common pear

Бесплатный доступ

In this study, eleven genes associated with drought tolerance were identified in twelve of the seventeen chromosomes of common pear. The sequences of NADP-ME1, NADP-ME2, WRKY33, MYB46, MYB-124, and NAC6 genes occurred more than once in the analyzed genome. The analysis of the chromosomal location of these sequences will allow us to further study the mechanisms of molecular evolution of genes associated with drought tolerance in fruit plants.
