Chromosomal aberrations at the inhabitants of kemerovo oblast, living in territories with various level of atmospheric air pollution

Бесплатный доступ

Results of cytogenetic monitoring of Kemerovo oblast territories differing on volume of polluting substances emissions in the atmosphere from stationary sources are presented. It is established that at inhabitants of areas with high and average level of environmental pollution frequency of metaphases with chromosomal aberrations, on the average, higher, than in group of control (3,95±0,12%; 3,91±0,09% and 2,94±, 13%, respectively). This distinction develops mainly by single and pair fragments. Increasing the frequency of occurrence the aberrant metaphases in areas with high level of emissions in atmospheric air is noted as in groups of men and women; both at adults and children.
