The chronological list of the diplomatic sources on relations between Russia and Persia for 1588-1607 from the fund-collection of the RGADA

The article is based on a chronological list of treaties and diplomatic correspondence on Russian-Iranian relations for 1588-1607. The reconstruction of the complex of diplomatic sources was carried out by comparing archival, historiographical data and information from the inventories of the XVI-XVII centuries. It was possible to identify 63 historical sources. Some of the documents were preserved in the form of lists in the «Persian» embassy books and other official documents of the Embassy Order, as well as in copies of the XVIII century. A number of documents have not been preserved. The list is relevant for conducting source studies, historical and archeographic work with these sources.
