Artistic script I.S. Turgenev

The article is devoted to the study of the art chronicle of the largest classic writer I. S. Turgenev, presented in the cycle of stories “Notes of the hunter”, as well as in the works of large-genre novel form. The authors note that Turgenev preferred to build his novel narrative in a sharp climax acute situation, timed to the specific events of the Russian history of the 19s century. The novel “Rudin” depicts the best features of the cultural nobility of the 30-40s of the 19s century. The novel “The noble nest” depicts the events of the last years of the serfdom. The main character eventually becomes a good master, who has learned the art of arable farming, seeking to ensure the life of their peasants. Novels “Fathers and children”, “Smoke”, “Nov” reflected the post-reform era of Russian reality of the 60-70s of the 19s century. Turgenev deeply embodied the cultural and philosophical problems of his era, his works grasped the slightest splashes of Russian history and even often ahead of the present.
