In this article the realization of the category of artistic time in the novel by B. Bainbridge «Master Georgie» is analyzed. The author defines the signs of certain historical time using «cyclic» time coordinates and temporal signs, and its interrelations with «eternal» time. The characteristics of artistic time are defined: it is faltering and dynamic. The author shows that time category is the basis of the artistic world of the novel.
