“Hooligan of press”: the story of journalist Feodor V. Misyura and his newspaper "Tekushchii den’"

The article is devoted to one of the forgotten characters in the history of Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai - Fedor Viktorovich Misura, a journalists and a public man. Basing on the documents of the Russian State Historical Archives of the Far East and Vladivostok newspapers of the beginning of the XXth century, the author tells the story of the notorious journalist and his newspaper «Tekushchii den’» («Current day») (1910-1916).
