In defence of the synergetic conception of bibliography revisited

The article deals with critical commentary of A.V. Sokolov regarding synergetic conception of bibliography, developed by the author from the perspective of synergy as a new scientific area. The author adduces arguments in favour of topicality and appropriateness of consideration of the bibliography as an open self-organizing system.
