Some attempts to provide an idealistic interpretation of antroposociogenesis took place since the formation this theory The development of idealistic concepts of antroposociogenesis was shown on the example of the concepts of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin and Lewis Mumford. The general direction of these concepts, their theoretical and methodological foundations and their limitations were discussed. The author suggests that despite all attempts of these researchers, their conceptions are return to the old philosophical abstractions that prevailed until the middle of the XIX century.
