Ideas of humanism, justice and sacrifice in remedial activity of the Russian lawyers of the second half of the XIX century

The paper considers the basic ideas of the Russian remedial activity of the second half of the XIX century. Working on basis of humanism, equity and sacrifice the Russian lawyers spiritualized Russian justice, created foundation of new social consciousness, contributed to formation of jural state in Russia.
