The article analyzes the main aspects of F.M. Dostoevsky’s doctrine about human being as the highest social value and the highest value of the universe, it makes a person responsible for the results of the choice between Absolute Good and Evil. The authors come to the conclusion that, according to F.M. Dostoevsky, the absolute unity of the universe is revealed in the spiritual world of a man as absolute good and absolute freedom, and the form of such discovery in the Christian state is law.
