The idea of natural law in the writings of the distinguished educator and lawyer A.P. Kunitsyn

The article is observed the specific characteristics and peculiarities of natural-legal views of A.P. Kunitsyn, a lawyer and lecturer in the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum and who was glorified by A.S. Pushkin. His contribution into the development of the Russian natural-legal thought is described, the assessment of place of A.P. Kunitsyn in the history of domestic law as one of the founders of natural-legal areas is given in the article.
