Idea and characteristics of party diplomacy of the CPC under the background of the “Belt and road”

The year 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), during which China's party diplomacy has shown different characteristics in different periods. The construction of a community of shared future for humanity is a new idea of global governance put forward by China in a new historical position and a value norm to promote a new international order. From the perspective of Marx's political economy, it needs not only the communication at the level of economic foundation, but also the consensus at the level of superstructure. Through the “Belt and Road" initiative, China has made significant contributions to the world community, while the party diplomacy with Chinese characteristics provides a concrete and operational mechanism for promoting exchanges, cooperation and coordination among political parties of all countries in the world. The “Belt and Road" initiative reflects the new concept and new thinking of Chinese diplomacy. According to it, China attaches greater importance to the integrity of the world community and is focused on building a common future with all countries.
