Identification and analysis of phosphatidyl ethanolamine binding protein (PEBP) family gene in apple

Бесплатный доступ

Phosphatidyl ethanolamine binding protein (PEBP) plays an important role in plant development, controlling the transition to flowering and vegetative growth of plants such as florigen production, response to light and abiotic stressors. Research in this area may lead to the development of breeding towards regulation of flowering time in apple trees to increase yield. In this study, PEBP family genes in seven chromosomes of apple trees were identified and PEBPs were analyzed for their protein properties.
