This scientific article is devoted to the issues of cluster policy and its impact on regional competitiveness. The concept and models of cluster functioning are determined. The features of the functioning of innovative clusters in the Russian Federation are revealed. The analysis of the region's innovative cluster policy is carried out. The assessment of the formation of the innovative cluster policy of the Moscow region is made. The assessment of the clustering potential of the region is carried out. The problems of existence and development of the innovation cluster are revealed. The impact of clustering on the level of regional competitiveness is assessed. The level and dynamics of regional competitiveness indicators are analyzed. The prospects for innovative cluster policy and ways to improve competitiveness in the Moscow region are identified. The final conclusions are formed within the framework of this research work.
