Identification of features of formation of agro-industrial clusters in the regions of various types

To ensure sustainable and stable functioning of the agro-industrial complex is possible only with the use of an innovative mechanism for the development of this industry, such a mechanism can be a cluster approach. The process of formation of agro-industrial clusters in different regions is different. The purpose of this article is to develop a mechanism to identify the features of the formation of agro-industrial clusters for regions of different types. The initial stage of this mechanism will be the selection and grouping of the main elements of the productive forces. In the second stage, a correlation and regression analysis of the main elements of the productive forces and the total cost of production will be carried out, which should answer the question of the impact of each element of the productive forces on the total cost of production. This model will be built for the Russian Federation and separately by region, which will identify the features of the formation of agro-industrial cluster for each region. Under the features of the formation should be understood the initial steps in the development of the cluster, through the development of the element that has the greatest impact on the size of the finished product. In the future, this principle of cluster formation will allow the newly created clusters to get a “quick start” with minimal costs for the organization of its activities.
