The ideological foundations of absenteeism and the factor of expectations in the context of a democracy of post-Soviet states

The article describes the basic approaches to the understanding of absenteeism through the prism of various ideological systems in the context of a democracy of post-Soviet States. The author believes that the ideological propaganda can be sufficient, so you need to organize continuous participation of citizens in political life of the state. To achieve this goal, we need the skillful adoption of political decisions, as well as the formation of a unified national idea in the context of the post-Soviet States.
