Ideology of ethnic relations in society: diversity recognition, lack of fundamentals in Russia

In this article the author put one of their priority and urgent humanitarian issues – the role and place of ideology, its facilities across the state. In a particular case, the author is no stranger. This question has been repeatedly sounded in many forums of the humanities, where suggestions were made about the formation of a national idea. However, accumulated in the positive practices indicate that it is a complex issue of modern Russian community, and it requires not only a reflection on this issue, but also a deep izuche6niya the essence of the problem. Nevertheless, the unity in this respect is achieved only in the very idea of the need for sound. It is no coincidence that the issue became the focus of attention and the participants of the International Scientific Forum, held in September-October 2016 in Gelendzhik (Kabardinka Village), as well as in Moscow scientific conference held in October 2016. All this leads to the conclusion that the representatives of the scientific world, the humanities are concerned this topic. They proceed from the position that the ideology of the state must be transparent, clear, filled with new content, appropriate age, of the state, serving the basis for the formation of a new identity and national consciousness. Scientists ideology and regarded as a firm basis for the consolidation of multi-ethnic community in the life of any state and Russia, in their opinion, is not an exception in this respect. Perhaps this is so. Reliance on the provisions of Art. 13 of the Russian Constitution, although it denies the existence of ideology. But announcing the recognition of "ideological diversity" as time, according to many, are the basis for not only the lack of diversity, but in general the existence of such. The state ideology exists in all countries, even the most advanced among the top ten most developed countries in economic terms. Each of them is distinguished by its specificity and features, but the thrust of their single – to save a mother's statehood, consolidation around the declared value, the development of the very statehood of the peoples living on its territory. It offers the reader and the narrative in relation to Russia in modern conditions.
