Ideology of new world order in context of qualitative changes of European agenda at the beginning of XXI century

In article on the base of analysis of political processes on European continent the qualitative changes of European agenda in the beginning of XXI century are determined. It is noted the intensification of discussion of correlation of European values and social and cultural peculiarities of new immigrant's societies. The significance of forming of ideology of new world order in the conditions of necessity of overcoming the crisis of administration and elements of chaos, which threatens the firmness of system is underlined.
