Ideology of criminal proceedings during the establishment of the "dictatorship of the proletariat"

Introduction: the article considers and substantiates the idea that ideology of criminal justice of the period of establishment of the "dictatorship of the proletariat" was the experience of the device of the communes of the French and first Russian revolutions. Materials and Methods: when working on the article empiric approaches (study, analysis and comparison) were used. Information from the newspapers of 1917-1918 with examples of lawmaking of new power, legal precedents of that period were the material of the study. Results: sound analysis of examples of variegated ideology of punitive justice of the period of establishment of "the dictatorship of the proletariat". Discussion and Conclusions: the article presents theoretical underpinning for the national development, possible use of the doctrine of intuitive law in the regulation of social relations.
