The idiopathic akinetic-rigid syndrome and pathological reflexes

The resume. Extensive set of axial reflexes (44) and hands pathological signs (46) at 85 neurological healthy faces of different age (25-65 years) and at patients with extrapyramidal semiology (Parkinson’s disease - 50 persons) and pyramidal (a multiple sclerosis - 65 persons) a pathology is studied. Individual frequency of occurrence of all phenomena and minimum their informative sets is established. Wide prevalence of axial reflexes is confirmed at Parkinson’s disease, and in the single instances interfaced with dyscirculatory encephalopathy, - hands and feets pathological reflexes. The judgement about high detectability axial and hands phenomena at healthy faces has not found acknowledgement. Studying glabellar reflex does not allow to believe it obligate a sign of parkinsonism.
