This article examines the topic of digital transformation and digital maturity in educational organizations. It identifies the main subsystems and processes, which represent a set of digital services, including information management, e-learning, virtual communication and others. The article presents the methodology of a hierarchical model for selecting digital services, based on the method of analyzing hierarchies. To conduct the study, system analysis and synthesis, as well as multi-criteria analysis, were used. The main goal of the article is to precisely define the concepts of digital transformation and digital maturity in the context of educational organizations, as well as to develop a methodology for selecting digital services based on a hierarchical model. The results of this study are of practical importance for educational organizations, helping them ensure an effective digital transformation process and achieve digital maturity. This allows us to improve the quality of education, management efficiency and meet the modern educational needs of students and teachers.
