Hierarchical multi-intellectual management system of the hi-tech enterprise

The Article is devoted to the description of innovative approach to management of the high-tech enterprise. Approach belongs to a new subclass of the multi-intellectual systems providing "delegation of the right to delegate". The examples of approach in management system of the large enterprise tested in practice are given.
